Policies

  • To more forward with projects, Consultations must be scheduled, contract must be signed. Invoice must be paid.

  • If the client does not have a retainer on file but has a contract that still applies to current requested service, no resigning of contract will be required. 

  • A deposit invoice is emailed to you at the start of the project. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance of the project is to be paid at the completion of the project, A deposit invoice is emailed to you at the start of the project.

  • Payment methods include CashApp, Checks, or Cash only.

  • Currency: All payments must be payed in US dollars (USD). If you are not located in America and want to know how much it would convert to in your currency, you can check out the conversion with Google’s Currency Converter.

  • Operation Hours: Please keep in mind,( I am a full-time college student). UMP Operation hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:30Am - 5:00 Pm. To schedule a consultation, Click here

  •  Portfolio:  We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform me.

  • Revisions: Revisions are included in all services However, if more than 2 revisions are being requested, an additional fee will apply. You will be notified if we start getting to this point.
